Kaycee Industries Limited has announced the transfer of equity shares linked to unclaimed dividends from financial year 2018-19 onwards to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). The company previously sent individual notices to shareholders.

If dividends remain unclaimed, the corresponding shares will be moved to IEPF.

Importantly, shareholders can still claim both the dividends and shares directly from the IEPF by applying online.
