With reference to our intimation dated 11th August 2026, pursuant to Regulation 30 and Para A Part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements Regulation), 2015 ( SEBI LODR ) read with SEBI Master Circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026, we wish to inform you that Mr. Mukund Vasudevan (DIN: 05146681) has been appointed as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company with effect from 1st September 2026, subject to the approval of Shareholders.
