Company Update

Rolcon Engineering has announced its 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at the registered office, where shareholders will consider resolutions, including the approval of the final dividend for FY 2025-26. The company will provide e-voting facilities for all resolutions.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer books will close for the AGM and dividend payment.

Shareholders are encouraged to update their email addresses and KYC details, including PAN, with their depositories or the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, especially for dividend tax deduction.
