Transglobe Foods' Board held a meeting, setting the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM, to be held virtually.

The Record Date for shareholder eligibility to attend and vote is September 22, 2026, with Book Closure from September 23-29. The Board also approved the draft Directors' Report and AGM notice.
