Prima Industries has announced that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from 22nd September to 28th September.

This book closure is to establish the record of eligible members for the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for 28th September at 11:00 AM.

Remote e-voting for the AGM will be available from 25th September at 09:00 A.M. to 27th September at 05:00 P.M.

This impacts shareholder eligibility for participating and voting at the AGM.
