Artson Limited will hold its 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 25, 2026, via Video Conference.

For FY 2025-26, revenue from operations grew 44% to ₹163.58 Crore, compared to ₹113.55 Crore last year.

However, the company reported a net loss after tax of ₹10.88 Crore, shifting from a ₹3.48 Crore profit, primarily due to settling legacy projects and facility investments.

Management anticipates double-digit revenue growth and a trajectory towards profitability in FY 2026-27. Shareholders will also consider approving related party transactions with Tata Projects Limited totaling up to ₹320 Crore.
