Raghunath International's Board has approved its Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, which will be presented at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). To facilitate shareholder participation, NSDL has been appointed as the E-Voting Agency for the AGM, with the full schedule also approved.
