Jayatma Industries has announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting via video conference on September 24, 2026. Shareholders will address businesses detailed in the annual report for FY 2025-26, which has been sent electronically.

The company's share transfer books will be closed from September 18 to September 24, 2026. Remote e-voting is available for members from September 21 until September 23, 2026, with September 17, 2026, as the cut-off date to determine voting eligibility.

Members who remote e-vote can still attend the virtual AGM.
