Salem Erode Investments Limited's board has decided to hold its 95th Annual General Meeting online.

This meeting will address key company matters, including the proposed re-appointment of Mr. Ambadath Aiyyappan Balan as an Independent Director for a second five-year term.

Shareholders will vote on Mr. Balan’s continuation, who contributes over six decades of extensive experience in the construction industry and civil engineering expertise, recognized with the Vikas Ratna Award.
