Lloyds Enterprises, a promoter of Lloyds Engineering Works (LEWL), has created an additional pledge of 40 lakh equity shares of LEWL.

These shares, representing 0.26% of LEWL's total share capital, are pledged in favor of Tata Capital Limited.

This action is linked to Lloyds Enterprises' financing arrangements.

Following this pledge, the total promoter-pledged shares of LEWL now stand at 11.25 crore shares (7.25% of total share capital), an increase from the previous 10.85 crore shares (6.99%). Investors should take note of this increase in promoter share encumbrance.
