This closure is to finalize the record of members for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 24, 2026. Shareholders can participate in e-voting from September 21 at 9:00 A.M. to September 23 at 5:00 P.M.

The cut-off date to determine voting eligibility for the AGM is September 17, 2026.
