Futuristic Securities has announced its 55th Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. in Mumbai.

Key agenda items include adopting the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026. For the last fiscal year, the company reported a loss after tax of around 0.26 Lakh, compared to a profit of 0.67 Lakh in the prior year.

No dividend is proposed to conserve resources.

Shareholders will also vote on re-appointing Director Pradeep Jatwala and appointing MKPS & Associates LLP as the new Statutory Auditor.

Remote e-voting and share transfer book closure are also part of the process.
