United Textiles Limited has announced the closure of its Register of Members and Share Transfer Register from September 28 to September 29, both days inclusive.

This book closure is specifically for the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting.

During this period, share transfers will not be processed, a standard procedure to finalize the list of eligible shareholders who can participate in the Annual General Meeting.
