Delton Cables has announced a final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share (face value Rs. 10) for FY 2025-26, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

If approved, this dividend will be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS). For resident individual shareholders, no TDS applies if the annual dividend is up to Rs. 10,000. Above this, a 10% TDS will apply with a valid PAN, or 20% without one.

Shareholders can submit relevant documents to manage their TDS by the specified deadline.

This impacts shareholders' net dividend payout.
