The company's board approved significant management changes.

It proposed M/s. M A R K S & co. as new Statutory Auditors, subject to shareholder approval, following the resignation of the previous auditors.

The board also appointed Mr. Jinjala Bharatbhai Babubhai, an experienced accounts professional with 19 years in the jewellery industry, as the new Chief Financial Officer.

Furthermore, Mr. Parin Bhavsar, a qualified Company Secretary with 6 years of experience in corporate compliance and governance, was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
