Amerise Biosciences has announced the closure of its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books.

This book closure is to establish the record of shareholders eligible to participate in the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Shareholders whose names are on record by the cut-off date will be eligible to vote electronically or at the AGM.

E-voting will be available for a specific period leading up to the AGM.

This ensures clarity on voting entitlements for the company's shareholders.
