Pasupati Spinning and Weaving Mills has announced its 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM (IST) at its registered office.

The company also issued a reminder to shareholders holding physical shares to update their PAN, KYC, nomination, and bank details.

This is to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Shareholders who do not update their details will only receive payments, including dividends, electronically from April 1, 2024. Investors are encouraged to update their information and consider dematerializing physical securities.
