Paragon Finance Limited has scheduled its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 26th, to be held via video conferencing.

Ahead of this, the company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books for equity shares will remain closed from September 21st to September 26th (inclusive). This book closure period is important for shareholders as it determines eligibility for participation in the AGM.

The cut-off date for members to be eligible for remote e-voting at the AGM is September 19th.
