Record Date

Techno Electric & Engineering has set September 11, 2026, as the Record Date for a final dividend of Rs. 7.00 per equity share for FY 2025-26. Shareholders registered by this date will be eligible for this dividend, pending approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The company's share transfer books will close from September 17 to September 23, 2026, for the AGM.
