National Peroxide Limited has announced its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means on September 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

The Board has proposed a dividend of Rs. 7.00 (70%) per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. If declared at the AGM, the dividend will be paid after September 29, 2026, to eligible shareholders as of the cut-off date, September 22, 2026. The company's share transfer books will be closed from September 23 to September 29, 2026. Shareholders can participate in remote e-voting.
