Tilak Ventures' Board of Directors has approved several key governance items.

The board ratified the Director's Report and Secretarial Audit Report for the financial year 2025-26. They also greenlit the notice for the 45th Annual General Meeting, including e-voting facilities through NSDL, and appointed M/s. Jay Bhatt & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term and as Scrutinizer for the upcoming AGM.

Director re-appointments for Mrs. Tanu Girraj Agrawal and Mr. Vikash Kulhriya for his second independent term were also approved, alongside Related Party Transactions.

These approvals prepare the company for its upcoming AGM and ensure continued operational and compliance oversight.
