R&B Denims' subsidiary, Ricon Industries, is expanding into polyester yarn manufacturing and will begin commercial production on September 30, 2026. This strategic move marks a forward integration into value-added denim garments like jeans and jackets.

The company expects this step to boost profitability, enhance its value proposition through vertical integration, and open doors to apparel export and potential B2C/D2C markets.

An initial investment of Rs. 25 crores has been made for machinery and infrastructure.

This expansion aims to diversify revenue streams and strengthen the company's long-term sustainability.
