Tirupati Sarjan Limited's Board has approved several management changes.

It affirmed the re-appointment of Mr. Ruchir Rushikeshbhai Patel as a director, who has over 16 years in construction and infrastructure.

Mr. Jaydeep Dahyabhai Prajapati has resigned as an Independent Director due to other commitments.

To maintain board strength and expertise, the company appointed Mr. Bharat Trivedi as an Additional Independent Director.

Mr. Trivedi, a Company Secretary with 37 years in banking, brings extensive corporate law and compliance knowledge.

These changes are subject to shareholder approval, ensuring continued governance and operational oversight.
