Sonu Infratech's Board approved the re-appointment of Statutory Auditors M/s. Raichura & Co. for five years.

It also decided to seek shareholder approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Ramji S. Pandey as CMD and Mrs. Seema Pandey and Mr. Ketan V. Modi as Whole Time Directors, each for five years.

The 9th AGM is set for September 25, 2026.
