Premier Energies is reorganizing its battery business, consolidating all battery and energy storage operations under Premier Battery Technologies Private Limited (PBTPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary.

The company acquired additional shares in PBTPL, valued at ₹0.85 Cr, by swapping its entire stake in Premier Energies Storage Solutions Private Limited (PESSPL). This strategic move streamlines the corporate structure and aligns with Premier Energies' diversification into battery solutions.

Post-transaction, Premier Energies maintains 100% ownership of PBTPL, with no change to its ultimate beneficial ownership or economic interest.

PESSPL will become a step-down subsidiary of Premier Energies.
