Kiran Print Pack Limited's Board has re-appointed Mr. Vinodkumar Bajranglal Dalmia as an Independent Non-Executive Director for a second consecutive term of five years.

This term is set to run from September 29, 2026, until September 28, 2031. The Board's decision, made after consideration by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, is subject to approval by the company's shareholders.
