ITC Hotels Limited has fully acquired GHK Hospitality & Infrastructures Limited, gaining 100% ownership.

This strategic move, valued at ₹155 Cr, brings the 'Welcomhotel Ahmedabad' (130 keys) into ITC's owned asset portfolio.

The acquisition expands ITC Hotels' presence in Ahmedabad, allowing it to capitalize on the city’s strong demand.

Having already operated the hotel, this value-accretive deal consolidates its control and strengthens its offerings in a key market.
