BCL Enterprises' board has announced several key personnel and governance updates.

M/s U. Shanker & Associates was appointed as the new Internal Auditor.

Mr. Jeevan Rana resigned as an Independent Director due to health reasons, prompting committee reconstitutions.

Ms. Priya Binani joined as an Additional Independent Director, and Mr. Mahendra Kumar Sharda was re-appointed Managing Director for five years; both appointments await shareholder approval.

The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. GHR & Co as Statutory Auditor for five years, pending shareholder nod.

Ms. Rachna Kabthiyal was appointed Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.

The 41st Annual General Meeting notice for September 28 and annual reports were also approved.
