BHARAT TEXTILES & PROOFING INDUSTRIES' board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ajeet Bhandari Kumar as Managing Director and Mr. Anil Bhandari as Whole-time Director.

Both will serve for a period of three years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 36th AGM.

Mr. Kumar brings extensive technical experience in cotton canvas and digital printable fabric manufacturing, while Mr. Bhandari offers rich expertise in textile engineering, production management, and quality control.

These re-appointments ensure continuity in leadership, leveraging their critical experience for the company’s textile operations and strategic direction.
