Jai Mata Glass Limited has clarified that the previously proposed appointment of M/s KTM & Company as its Statutory Auditors for the next five financial years will not proceed and is withdrawn.

This decision means the proposal will not be placed before shareholders for approval.

Instead, the company's existing Statutory Auditors, M/s Khiwani Sood & Associates, will continue to hold office according to their current terms.

This ensures continuity in the company's financial oversight and governance.

All other outcomes from the earlier board meeting remain unchanged.
