Panchmahal Steel Limited has announced its 53rd Annual General Meeting, which will be held virtually.

The company has shared the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and the AGM Notice electronically with shareholders whose email addresses are registered.

For those whose email is not registered, the Annual Report and AGM Notice can be accessed via specific web-links provided by the company, as well as on the BSE and CDSL websites.

Shareholders are also reminded to update their KYC details with their Depository Participants or the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
