Mercury Laboratories has announced its 45th Annual General Meeting on Monday, September 28, 2026, to be held virtually.

The company has provided remote e-voting for shareholders from September 24 to September 27, with September 21 as the cut-off date for eligibility.

Share transfer books will be closed from September 22 to September 28 for the AGM and final dividend payment.

Additionally, a special window is open until February 04, 2027, for transferring and dematerializing physical shares bought before April 01, 2019. These shares will have a one-year lock-in.
