Rama Vision Limited has announced its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Shareholders will transact business outlined in the AGM Notice and review the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-2026. The company has dispatched the AGM Notice and Annual Report electronically, with physical copies available on request.

An e-voting facility is provided for shareholders, commencing a few days before the meeting and ending prior to the AGM, with a specific cut-off date for eligibility.

Shareholders can also e-vote during the meeting.
