United Interactive Limited has informed shareholders without registered email addresses about the availability of its Annual Report for FY 2025-26 online.

The company has also announced its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on September 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM (IST). Shareholders are encouraged to update their email and KYC details, as electronic payments for physical securities will require complete KYC from April 1, 2024.
