PMC Fincorp has announced its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on September 24 at 11:00 AM.

The Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and AGM notice are now available online and were electronically dispatched.

Shareholders can cast their votes electronically, with the eligibility cut-off date set for September 18. Remote e-voting opens on September 21 at 9:00 AM and closes on September 23 at 5:00 PM.

The company's share transfer books will be closed from September 18 to September 24 for the AGM.
