Key agenda items include approving related party transactions worth 9.16 Cr.

Shareholders will also consider the appointments of Ms. Honey Deepak Jain as an Independent Director and Mr. Darshik Dilipkumar Mehta as a Non-Independent Director.

The company plans to appoint M/s. VKM & Associates as Secretarial Auditors, M/s. S. Satyaprakash & Co., LLP as Statutory Auditors for five years, and M/s. Abhishek Barola & Co. as Internal Auditors for the fiscal year.
