AA Plus Tradelink Limited has announced it will provide remote e-voting facilities for its 10th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for Saturday, 26th September, 2026. This allows shareholders to cast their votes electronically.

The e-voting window will open on Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026, and close on Friday, 25th September, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is Saturday, 19th September, 2026. CDSL is the agency providing the e-voting platform, and CS Vishakha Agrawal will serve as the scrutinizer.

This ensures shareholder participation and transparency.
