Shareholders can cast votes electronically from Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. until Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.

The cut-off date for e-voting entitlement is Friday, September 18, 2026. This allows convenient remote participation for all eligible shareholders.
