BSEL Algo Limited has informed stakeholders about its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held virtually on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 12:30 PM (IST). Shareholders can attend and vote via video conferencing.

The Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and the AGM notice have been sent electronically and are available on the company website.

Remote e-voting is provided for shareholders to cast votes before or during the meeting.

Eligibility for e-voting and attending the AGM is based on shareholding as of September 16, 2026. Share registers will be closed from September 17 to September 23, 2026.
