The company's Board has appointed Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditor.

This appointment fills a casual vacancy after the previous auditor's resignation.

Their initial term is until the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), with a further five-year term proposed for shareholder approval.

The Board also approved the Directors' Report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and confirmed the 36th AGM will take place at the registered office.

Share transfer books will close for the AGM, and a scrutinizer has been appointed for the meeting.
