The company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will close from September 22 to September 29, with September 21 as the record date, to determine eligibility for a proposed dividend of Rs.3/- per share for FY2025-26. The AGM is scheduled for September 29 at 3:00 p.m.

Shareholders can participate in remote e-voting from September 26, 9:00 a.m., until September 28, 5:00 p.m., with September 21 as the cut-off date for eligibility.
