Varyaa Creations' board has approved the notice for its 21st Annual General Meeting, which will be held virtually.

Key items approved include the re-appointment of Mrs. Pooja Naheta as Managing Director for five years and a revision in remuneration for both Mrs. Pooja Naheta and Mrs. Sarika Naheta, both subject to shareholder approval.

The board also approved investing surplus funds in Mutual Funds and altering the company's object clause to allow broader investments in various securities, providing flexibility for fund management.
