Crisil has upgraded Sterlite Technologies' long-term ratings for Bank Loan Facilities (Rs. 3,564 Cr) and Non-Convertible Debentures (Rs. 390 Cr) to 'Crisil AA/Stable' from 'Crisil AA-/Stable'. Concurrently, its Commercial Paper rating of 'Crisil A1+' has been reaffirmed.
