Supertech EV Limited has provided remote e-voting facilities for its shareholders, allowing them to exercise their right to vote on resolutions during the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company has partnered with CDSL for this service.

Shareholders registered by the cut-off date of 18th September 2026 are eligible to participate.

The remote e-voting window will open on 22nd September 2026 at 9:00 AM IST and close on 24th September 2026 at 5:00 PM IST.

This initiative aims to facilitate broader shareholder participation in key company decisions.
