The company's Board has announced new governance appointments.

M/s Neeraj Bajaj & Associates was approved as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, following the resignation of the previous auditor.

Additionally, Mr. Raghubeer Singh was appointed as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The Board also approved the notice for the upcoming 37th Annual General Meeting, along with the annual Board Report.

Share transfer books will be closed, and a cut-off date was fixed for determining voting rights at the AGM.
