Sagar Systech Limited has informed shareholders about a special window for re-lodging physical share transfer requests.

This window is open for one year, from February 5, 2026, to February 4, 2027, specifically for requests submitted before April 1, 2019, that were previously rejected.

All successfully re-lodged shares will be issued in dematerialized (demat) form and will have a one-year lock-in from the transfer registration date.

This initiative helps eligible investors formalize their holdings into a more liquid, electronic format.
