Brahmaputra Infrastructure has received a three-month extension to hold its 28th Annual General Meeting.

The company sought this extension because certain key resolutions, including the review of its Dividend Distribution Policy, are still undergoing internal approval and discussions, requiring additional time.

The company aims to ensure all proposals are finalized before being presented to shareholders.

Consequently, the AGM is now permitted to be held by the end of December.
