Asian Energy Services has set September 17, 2026, as the Record Date for its final dividend.

The board proposed a dividend of Re.1.25/- per equity share (12.5% of face value) for FY 2025-26. Shareholders holding shares on the record date will be eligible, subject to approval at the upcoming 33rd Annual General Meeting.
