Cian Healthcare's Board met to approve key appointments and propose an employee stock option scheme.

The company appointed M/s Rasool Singhal & Co. as new Statutory Auditors to fill a vacancy and M/s N D M & Company as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. The Board also proposed an Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2026, for shareholder approval, which would allow for issuing up to 1 Crore stock options to eligible employees.

Additionally, the 23rd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2026. These decisions strengthen financial oversight and incentivize employee performance.
