Outcome of Board Meeting

Cell Point's board approved the Annual Report for FY26 and will hold its 13th AGM on September 29. Shareholders will vote on the re-appointment of Directors Mrs. Kiranmai Panday, MD Mohan Prasad Panday, and WTD Bala Balaji Panday.
